We didn’t want you to have to plan a whole other event on your own, so we are jumping in to tackle one more thing on your wedding planning list. The rehearsal dinner is a simple yet meaningful time to kick off the start of a wonderful weekend with family and friends. It is tough in this town to find spaces that are private and large enough to host the dinner. I wish NYC and Brooklyn apartments were large enough to just have everyone over for a potluck, but that is not generally the case. These fab-four spots are also all within walking distance of Deity Events in 6 minutes or under. If you have Brooklyn hotels booked for your guests in the area then that eliminates the need for your guests to navigate the subway or for you to help with übers or hire transportation.
Local 61 at 61 Bergen St. Brooklyn
The private event space can accommodate up to 75 people for a mingling-style event or 45 for a seated meal. There is an option for outside catering, but in like Deity fashion most things here are already in house. We love how the brick will end up matching your wedding vibes at Deity Events. It will give one seamless look through your entire wedding experience. Email email@example.com for questions or reservations.
Bacchus at 409-411 Atlantic Avenue
Like Deity, Bacchus has a few great options you can use, the garden with a newly-installed pergola holding up to 80 guests, wine tasting room which seats 50, or their private dining space for 30 people.
French Louie at 320 Atlantic Ave
Easily the best thing about French Louise is their delightful patio with romantic fairy lights that seats up to 35 people. It can be easily covered by a tented and heated depending on the weather.
The Hilton Hotel at 140 Schermerhorn St
If you plan on having your guests stay at the Hilton, this is a very easy spot for the rehearsal dinner or even wedding brunch. They have an executive suite that can be used as a small private dining area up to 30 guests or use the dining room for parties a bit larger. We love the sleek and modern look of this eatery!
Building on Bond at 112 Bond Street
A long time favorite of ours is the Building on Bond. It is a great spot that looks totally Brooklyn! Fantastic beers on tap, creative cuisine with vintage and rustic look. Their Brunch is simply delicious there is no fuss about it. Good home-style eats is what you will find here.
